Did Uzbekistan lose or beat Thailand?

The results show that Uzbeskistan lost to Thailand today 1-2 but when you look at the results, Uzbeskistan actually won 2-1.

Does anyone know what the actual result is?

I was there for the end of the final doubles game - Uzbekistan (Iroda and the Giant) beat Thailand (Tammy and Miss Beautiful) in 3 sets - cant remember the scoreline but Thailand won the 2nd set 6-0 in very quick time and then the third set was like 6-4
