I think a little bit more education for the likes of Roddick or Murray would not hurt ;)

Aga doing the right thing, she has plenty of time to concentrate on tennis.

But then she should not even think of studying! not now! luckily she said she would make a break in education :D

Wojtek... she said she didnt know if she will be able to play in Paris yet. It all depends on the schedule of her exams, which she should know already now :p I think she will make it to Paris!! :D

I don't agree :p The 'paper' isn't more important than the actual skills and knowledge, I'd even say that the skills one can present are more important than anything else...:D, but the key thing is to know the right people, bottomline;)

Education is clearly a more valuable thing than tennis. Think of which players throughout history finished equivalency exams. They turned out much more well rounded people as a result. Why? Because they had something beyond tennis to define them.

Too many athletes think it's worth it to sacrifice their education for their sport, but so many things can go wrong with that. If you get a serious injury, what are you going to fall back on? If you never make enough money to support a retirement, what are you going to do? It's hard to be a commentator if you're out of touch with reality, and it takes more to teach tennis than the ability to play tennis. Good for her for thinking much more maturely than some people here seem to.
