I would suggest that the pay per page view be increased. If we post good material that other people do read, the reward should be higher.

What? No pay per thread view? That makes no sense. What the adminstration must be trying to get is hits. It only makes sense to pay for hits. In fact, it would make more sense to NOT pay for new threads, and to ONLY pay for hits. That would reduce useless threads, and incentivize good threads.

Anybody from the adminstration comment on this, please?

Perhaps as an incentive for more people to start using it/use it more regularly? I'm not aware of the reasons why they were changed

Yeah, it's an incentive, but why would that be incentivized so outrageously? Personal blog entries are not going to run up hits on the site.

Like I said in the other message, what should be incentivized are things that imcrease traffic to the site (I assume this is the overall objective), first and foremost would be page reads, and it appears that has been removed.

I agree there. I post a lot of uploaded videos, and people come to my thread to take it, but I get nothing from it, while compulsive posters get for each post or thread created... I don't get it...

Points replaced with WTAWorld Credits
We are switching to a new form of currency: WTAWorld credits. These credits will replace the old point system that we had and can be used for vBookie betting. In addition, this new feature comes with a realistic bank. You can view how many credits you have in your checking account in the status panel to the right, and if you click on the Banking link, you can see how much you have in your savings account collecting interest. Look forward to more ways to earn credits!

Regular members earn:
10 credits for creating a thread
1.5 credits for replying to someone else's threads
1 credit for each reply someone else makes in a thread you started
0.01 credits per character, up to 100 characters per post
1.25 credits for uploading an attachment

Premium and Lifetime Premium members get double the amounts of regular members.

There are other ways to earn credits too, but isn't discovering them half the fun?

can we use this to bet during matches? well i don't normally bet, i haven't tried once, but i wanted to try to bring my vcredits higher ;)

Here are a few ways. I'm sure your credits will go up rapidely :p
And yes you can use them for vbetting;)

You lose credits when some of your posts or threads were deleted by mods/admins. I have no idea how much though. Maybe Steve/truebluefan can shed some light on this.

not only, if other members delete their threads, you lose credits and the posts you did in this thread.
I think, that wasn't before the upgrade, but I'm not sure. I noticed today, that I lost 1 post and 3.75 credits. So I guess someone deleted a thread.

Well I transferred the credits to the bank on 19th Dec but look at what it says on next to "Savings" at the top. I'm not really that fussed about losing the credits but I thought it might be worth bringing up in case other posters are having the same problem. :)

There is a bug with the software. You can only deposit ONCE a day. Additional deposits will go into thin air and not return. Send a PM to TrueBlueFan and direct him into this thread so he can fix it up for you.

EVERYBODY REMEMBER 1 DEPOSIT INTO SAVINGS EVERY 24 HOURS OR UNTIL THE PENDING DEPOSIT HAS GONE INTO SAVINGS!!!

there is a option for deductions for inactivity.. but i cant answer the question if its in effect here.. They dont tell u how to earn/loose vCredits so its just a guess most of the time when we try and help

At the 13th of Dec., I transfered $5.600 to the bank. Today, more than 30 days later, the savings still say $5.796 instead of $5.824 (4% of 5600 = 224). What's going on? I am hesitating to retrieve the money from the bank and waiting for it to becoming the appropriate amount. But I need my money to bet!

Help!

Also, can someone explain how the screen-shotting works? I've downloaded a program for it already, but don't know how it works.

I don't like the new rules, I think they were perfect and fine the way they were. See no need to change 'vcash' into 'credits' also. Furthermore, they are no credits, they are vcash. I also think it's not right we lose vcash for our previously posted post, if someone else deletes his thread.
