You have to go to that link and download. Download info is in French but pretty clear. Then make sure to download .NET v.2 or whatever when it asks you to, or else MaxTV can't play. Then go to Television tab and scroll channels and you'll find Eurosport International.

Unfortunately, this took me a while to download.
