She's played so many matches this Australian summer that she must be awfully exhausted.

Tired and now has a few niggling injuries - not a good sign heading into the Australian Open.

She has blisters all over her feet, a twinge in her back playing Hingis, and got an abductor strain against Mauresmo.

I am concerned. I love this girl's personality and game. But so much tennis in such little time...

*** And now she's just asked for a trainer during her Vaidisova match. It's her lower back.

She did the same thing before the U.S. Open.....She'll be fine.

Yeah, she stretches her lower back after every point, and she did the full splits yesterday against momo (which i'm guessing caused the strain) and she's done a couple more splits this match which can't be good for the injury. She's just called the trainer too.

If I remember correctly she missed a week before the US Open.

Jelena has looked maxed out all week to be honest.

It might be time for her to withdraw.

yeah its a lot of tennis
6-4 4-6 6-4 win over Vaidisova will def not feel good tomorrow
hopefully she gets some easy first couple rounds cuz it would be nice to see someone new who can play win a slam

Jeca, take care ! I have faith in her, she knows what she is doing. Hopefully, she plays on the second day of AO so she has one more day of rest.

it's important that she rests up before the AO but at least she got some valuable match play. i'm sure she will be fine.
