.....but both lost in early round matches in a Challenger and Satellite event.
Nuria lost to the top-seed Pauline Parmentier in the first round at the 25k Tampa event, and Marta in the second round to perennial Satellite player Emilie Banquet at the 10k Algiers.
Glad to see them back but it looks like they have a long road ahead of them to get back to the WTA.

Nice to have them back. It will be hard for them to get back, and it will take time and patience.

It takes time to back on track, but I believe in Nuria and Marta.
Good luck in next matches :)

Well, Nuria came up against the top seed and Marta won about 3 or 4 easy matches before she lost. Great that they're back, especially Marta :D

Nice to have them back, Spain needs them! :)
Spain and me will miss María :( but happy to see others are making there comeback!

it will be difficult for them
Nuria has to left the tour in top positions and 10 months after that is hard but she has tons of talent and fighting spirit!
Marta is a different situation, 1 year without competing, she had a high lack of confidence and i think is harder than Nuria, because head is very important in tennis ...
we will see
good luck girls
we need you!

Better finishes for both players this past weekend. Nuria lost in the semis of her Challenger event and Marta got to the final of the Algiers 2 event.
Very positive week for both of them.
