Vee and Serena definatley still can if they got themselves together and were injury free, motivated and match tough they are most likely to do it at Wimbledon, other than them, other american girls have no chance, King and Jackson do not have slam winning games

they can still win when their not 100 percent, look at the 05 AO, Serena wasn't playin' her best tennis but still won. And im sure Vee and Ree are not going to leave tennis without fighting, I don't think the'll leave until they've won a few more slams.

So beating the Number One player in the world Davenport in the finals, Maria sharapova in the semis, and Amelie in the quarters, isn't alot of top players??? Not including wins over Nadia and Mirza. There are many other players who have had easier draws than that and won slams.

Serena beat No.13 Petrova, No.2 Mauresmo, No.4 Sharapova and No.1 Davenport. She got one of the toughest draw in the recent GS history and came through to the title.

I know about tennis far more than you do junky. You can test my knowledge whenever you want. More than ten years of hard training and I can say that I know about tennis more than a lot of posters here. Plus my friendship with tons of players also alows me to say that I know.

could care less about american tennis, just care about masha and serena (also like shahar peer). jankovic can send her best to serena and serena sends her best to ivanovic. every year for the last 5 years one of my favorites has won a slam, you can't say that with your favs. based on things you say its obvious you arent knowledable in tennis.

Nevertheless I don't wanna argue with a persone who has probably never hold racquet in his hands...! You can cheer for Serena, and whoever, as much as you want. If they played they would be No.8 and No.22 respectively. And I doubt they would be impossible to beat. On their first tournaments back Henin was easily beaten by Sharapova in Miami and Venus demolished Kim in Antwerp. And if you want to play the game called "What would be if..." then try to guess what would USO-2003 and AUS-2004 finals look like if BOTH Serena and Venus were playing?

What a load of crap**!

You are not able to do properly at least two things:
1) to formulate question
2) to understand what other posters write

Refering to your "8.? and 22.?" - yes, Kim Clijsters would be seeded 22-nd and Justine Henin would be seeded 8th if they played Australian Open-2005 according to their WTA Rankings at the moment.
And if you're so sure it wouldn't prevent Justine from capturing the title why do you reject the possibilty of lower-ranked Serena winning a Slam in 2008, for example, with retired Clijsters and always health concerning Henin?
I guess I know the answer. Because you are * who only could write **

Tenis Srbija
Jan 10th, 2007, 01:50 AM
Oh my god aren't you stupid!!! Read what a hell I wrote!!! I said, that If Justine and Kim where healthy the whole season, they would be NO 1. and NO 2. in the world, no doubt!!!!!!! Understand now mister dumbass? And why would JuJu or Kim, had problem with winning GS if they are seeded 22. or 8.? In order to win a GS you have to beat the best, so what's the different in beating them in 3. round, QF or semi or F???

P.S. I do not reject the possibilty of SW winning GS this, next or whatever season! I don't reject the poss of Anastasia Pavlychenko winning one in next two years. But I just can't see it hapening!!!! It's my opinion, just get off my back! I respect yours, you don't respect mine. So just bug off!
