Sydney 2007goldenlox Jan 7th, 2007, 09:58 PM Dinara starts against Pratt, the winner plays Kim. No doubles this week. Meeek Jan 8th, 2007, 07:51 AM She should win. By far. Kimmie. Tough. But not impossible. Go Dinara!!! :D Inspiration Jan 8th, 2007, 08:04 AM Dinara won the first set 6-4, Pratt won the second 6-3 and Pratt is serving at 1-1 in the second. Maybe she is tired from her long matches at the Gold Coast? Inspiration Jan 8th, 2007, 08:06 AM Pratt h Inspiration Jan 8th, 2007, 08:06 AM Pratt holds and leads 2-1 in the final Inspiration Jan 8th, 2007, 08:06 AM Pratt holds and Inspiration Jan 8th, 2007, 08:06 AM Pratt holds and leads 2-1 in the final set. It's n serve though Inspiration Jan 8th, 2007, 08:08 AM Whoops sorry. Something screwd up then and it kept posting when I typed letters. Dinara serving at 1-2 30-15 in the deciding set. The winner played Kim :) ~|Naomi|~ Jan 8th, 2007, 08:31 AM Dinara lost 6-4 3-6 2-6. Dinara shouldn't have played Sydney. I've no doubt fatigue played a factor in this loss. She looked spent in the doubles final on Saturday. Dinara should have gone to Melbourne and had a few light days in recovery before building up again. Dinara needs to be sensible with her schedule. Medical Fatigue Syndrome doesn't just dissappear. Princess Sarah. Jan 8th, 2007, 08:45 AM AWww Dinara  I wont get to see her this year :( Oh well good luck in melb and i hope she hasn't worn herself out! Inspiration Jan 8th, 2007, 09:02 AM Well if she has worn herself out, at least she has quite a few days rest and she might not have to play until Day 2 of the AO. Good luck in Melbourne Dinara. Hope to see you there ;) Meeek Jan 8th, 2007, 09:15 AM Well, at least the haters are having a happy time now, so good for them ;) Probably fatigue from last week, is the only explanation. In any other normal circumstance she should not lose to a Pratt. Nice for Pratt though. Tough she meets Kim now ;) Go and rest Dinara. :yeah: goldenlox Jan 8th, 2007, 10:30 AM It's no big deal. Now she has time to rest before Melbourne, which is much more important. maryc Jan 8th, 2007, 04:02 PM AWww Dinara  I wont get to see her this year :( Oh well good luck in melb and i hope she hasn't worn herself out! You should look for her anyway. Sometimes the players stay in the area and practice there. Mary Dexter Jan 8th, 2007, 04:57 PM well, I guess there are days when shit happens... all what matters is should will be well-rested for AO  Here's for an awesome Melbourne for Dinara :bigclap: Escape Jan 8th, 2007, 07:32 PM Dinara  At least she has a week off now and can get ready for Melbourne 2moretogo Jan 8th, 2007, 09:31 PM I'm convinced she just wanted to see Marat play in Melbourne. (smile) myxomatosis Jan 9th, 2007, 02:13 AM I hope this doesn't affect her confidence for the AO in any way... Still, a week off should make for a strong, refreshed Dinara :yeah: goldenlox Jan 9th, 2007, 02:17 AM That was a mess after winning GC. She should have been able to beat Pratt and get to Kim. She has to do better next week, and lose to a top 10 player, not a Pratt. Dexter Jan 9th, 2007, 05:17 AM That was a mess after winning GC. She should have been able to beat Pratt and get to Kim.
