The next step for Nadia is to beat top players more often. To be an elite player, you have to beat the elite some of the time.

This year Nadia has defeated Mauresmo 2 times, Henin 1 time, Kuznetsova 1 time. Against the tops Nadia often plays good matches, but she heardly ever wins:sad:

Nadia has never beaten Kim or Lindsay in 11 tries. I think she's 3 and 15 against Justine and Sharapova.
So beating the big names has been a hard thing for her.
This year was in improvement, beating Amelie and Justine in finals.
So she's getting closer to where she needs to be.

Yeah, the hardest step is the last one. It's the next step for Nadia.

she can make it!

i am always sad when she plays sharapova. she always is close :(
