Hana Sromova and Yuliana Fedak. If any of you have seen or met them you will no they well and truly deserved the success they made this year. :)

Aleksandra Wozniak and Stephanie Dubois, two Canadian girls who had good seasons, especially Wozniak with her entry to the top 100 and 75K Philly win.

Dubois beating Clijsters :P Sure, she retired, but that was huge :D

Also Vania King and Jamea Jackson and Tatiana Golovin.

vania. :hearts:

i think shenay perry had her best year as well, with her 4R appearance at wimbledon. a lot of young american girls had their best years (king, perry, jackson) so hopefully they can continue next year.

Nicole did.

It lacked consistency at times, but she cracked the top 10 and made her first semifinal at a GS.

Safina, whose achievements seem to go unnoticed here. But who cares, I think she probably gets a lot of recognition at the tournaments and from the tour.

Exactly, a very nice season for Yuliana :D

Also Aiko Nakamura, brilliant start with 3rd Round Australian Open but then after that it went a bit pear shaped bef ore she picked her form up for a tour final in Tokyo and Quarterfinal in Bangkok to end her year.
