Alright I have to ask, doesn't this take just a simple easy to find USB cable so I can hook this phone up to my computer? I just got a Razr tonight, I waited until they worked all the bugs out of them. And besides my old phone was OUT OF FUCKING DATE bigtime. I was noticing it seems to just take a regular mini-usb cable on the part connecting to the phone. I already have the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools software I need, I just need a cable. Did you use a regular usb cable that fit it? Or did you special order your's?

Will any mini-usb cable work? I want to transfer some pics from my computer onto my phone until I'm at least with my girlfriend again and can get her pic. :hearts:

Not here, not with Alltel. All I got was the home charger. No belt clip or anything. I bought a car charger and I think it uses a regular mini usb cable that I should be able to find anywhere, as I said I have the software. The only phones there that come with the clip, both chargers (car/home), and a usb cable with software is the Blackberry. So I got the home charger and NOTHING ELSE :smash:

I'm not on MSN anymore because my MSN won't work, I don't get what's going on

My computer doesn't have bluetooth and I think it would be more expensive to buy the crap to make this pc bluetooth than it would be to just buy the cable.

Or is this what you're thinking I need? I just want something to put some pics of me and Jojo on there for now until I can see her and take some cute pictures :awww:

I guess $25 isn't bad, but I think cables are like $5. I just want something easy to use so I can move pictures from the pc to phone, and phone to pc.

I might should go with this cable:

I mean I know how Bluetooth works, I've linked phones up together. Never have I linked a phone and a PC. Plus wouldn't you need software to set the pics to the phone? And I already have that software so long as I can use a cable. I dunno. It's only like $10 price difference. You have a bluetooth phone Wigglypuff and use it with bluetooth on the pc? What software do you use, and what phone do you have. Motorola's are picky in that they need Motorola Mobile Phone Tools to work :smash:

Yeppers I knew it, see here read it off the site. I still need Mobile phone tools if I even bluetooth it. So you know I might save money even if it's like $10 (cuz I paid enough for this damn phone) and get the cable. I'll use the bluetooth for other fun things!

Use the phone's Bluetooth capability to set up a wireless link with a Bluetooth accessory or connect to a computer or hand-held device to exchange and synchronize data. The phone also supports the SyncML PC synchronization standard, can be used with Motorola's Mobile Phone Tools PC application to manage and synchronize contacts, calendar and other data with your PC.

I have the Razr V3x with the USB cable and the Bluetooth adapter both included in the package. I'd suggest you to get a USB cable because Bluetooth is just too slow.

Another thing: I don't know what differences there are between the V3c and the V3x but my V3x has a small Transflash card in it which I can put into a card adapter and then plug into the card reader of the PC. Maybe you have that option too?

No I wish mine held a trans flash card, but it doesn't. In order to get a Moto that held that I needed to get the Rokr or the E815 (I think it was) because my phone is CDMA and not a Simcard based phone. (Simcard phones won't work here, I have Alltel Network, or Verizon. And I get Alltel cuz I worked for them before and get signal everywhere) Now when I used to work for Motorola they had a nice phone that had an MP3 player and had the mini transflash card and it came with the adapter for your PC and everything, it was in their IDEN line for Nextel. It was the 8 something series, much more advanced than their 930 in the Iden line which used windows mobile to run on.

I'll just get a cable, I agree with you. I remember toying with the Iden phones back when I was taking my traning for Moto, and the time it took 2 phones to link up to each other and trade pics thru bluetooth I could have had 3 pics on by USB. I wish mine had come with extras, but I didn't even get a belt clip!
