There is a nice one page article about Serena Williams. Chris actually was really good with this article imho. Although in retrospect it was funny to read because Serena just won Roland Garros. Chrissy also says great things concerning playing one's sister. She understand it can be real tough.

There is also the Wimby report who's can win the slam and all that great stuff. A big ole Picture of Venus.:) Also a one page article about squandering match points, and they got a pic of Hingis. They talk about her losing Ao and how to prevent that from happening.

Also the USTA has a great write up about the beloved Pam Shriver. I'm sure you'll like it.:)

Anyway I just thought I would pop in and give a little bit of what's in the tennis magazine. LOL:)

Hi cat, hmm I think so? it should be online.

I am refering to the TENNIS magazine, the July/Aug issue. Pete Sampras is on the cover.. of all people. Like what has he done lately? I would rather see Henin,Alex,JCF,then him.:)

Yes, It's hard to find at grocery or convenient stores. You have to go to a book store in the mall. It's very small so you might have to ask the clerk to help you find it. :) Their timing is always off due to deadlines. Sometimes I wish it was weekly during the Slam monhts. They have a lot of instructional stuff and info on resorts.

Oh yeah the best place to get the magazine is Barnes&nobles and B.dalton which is owned by Barnes@nobles.

Also there is a small bit with a picture of Serena surrounded by a bunch of children with three people holding up a HUGE check with Serena's name on it. She doanted 10,ooo to a school in the same neighborhood that Althea Lived in. This is the same neighborhood that the Brown vrs Board of Education had their history at as well. Nice article.:) The Serena article is in the USTA magazine.:)
