Please join me in jumping the bandwagon. I have ALWAYS been a COSTA FAN but now I am proud to jump on the bandwagon. Why? Cuz he kicked butt. Beating Gasquet, Kuerten, Corretja(my fave) and Ferrero.!

CONGRATULATIONS JUAN CARLOS on a great tourney. Next year one round further! But thanks for beating Agassi!!!!!

We know you won't jump on bandwagons except to try to spoil the party.

It's only fitting that the guy who beat Guga and the girl who beat Capriati should win the whole thing.

Congrats Albert, congrats Serena.

Better luck next time Venus and Juanqui.

I'm ecstatic that my predictions were wrong. Close but wrong.

Isn't it ironic that the Junior and senior champs met in the 1st round?

I am not tired at all. You must be thinking of some other habitual bandwagon jumpers. I've actually always like AL's game. It's really really beautiful to watch. ALEX was my fave and AL was my second. They both play a beautiful, classic style. Btw, I forgot to mention that he also beat CANAS who was so tough. But if I see new players I like I don't hesitate to praise them. But as far as the WTA goes the only bandwagon that really counts for me in Hingis's. I have many other faves but none of them come close to Martina.

If Marti is your fave I suggest you find a WTA bandwaggon and quick..I would suggest Clarissa's but I just got word that she is completly booked...Maybe Vera's might have room?

in a few days' time you'll find www.albertcosta.net up and running. Al doesn't even have one dedicated fansite :(

at the moment, though, you can check out limited bits at http://www.thecyclades.com/albert.htm

hope you like it

Seeing as I liked Costa before the FO, I dont need to jump on the bandwagon.

I'm still to bitter to be 100% happy for him though.

Becca,

I was actually being sarcastic because the usual morons on this board get their panties in an uproar if people start liking a player who has done well. You see they have come in here and tried to start shi* with me in this thread when, of course, this thread is about celebrating Albert's great achievement. But don't rejoice in it too much cuz you will be accused of "bandwagon jumping" What a load of crap from the usual heavyshitters and freestinkers.

teehee ;)

No worries, I can't rejoice in it too much, without picturing Ferrero with his head down looking dissapointed in himself :sigh:

But I really like Costa a lot - if it was any other opponent I'd have been right bloody extatic for him.
