I didn't know, but I don't think so.

well then what's the fucking point? to an outsider anything is "near" when it comes to the city. but it really isn't that close at all.. flushing is closer to manhattan than it is to the bronx, and you'd have to cross the east river.
and what's so intriguing about the bronx anyway?

the YANKEES!
even though corona park is a lot safer than the bronx, i still wouldn't want to camp out there without there being security in site at all times.

lol the anger. There isn't nearly as much demand for US Open tickets as there are for Wimbledon or RG. Also Ashe is the largest tennis stadium in the world.

When I become King of the World, the first thing thats going is the queueing/camping shit at Wimbledon.

What's so wrong with the Bronx? Yankee fans que overnight for Yankee playoff tickets but who would want to que overnight for tennis tickets. All you have to do is show up the morning of the match and buy tickets right after you get off the #7 Train.

Flushing Meadows is in Queens, which is a different borough than the Bronx. Flushing is home to Chinatown and Koreatown. It is about 65% Asian population.

The Chinatown in Flushing is larger than the Chinatown in Manhattan.
