Maybe Maria could rally up her fellow football-playing tennis professionals to play women's five-a-side. I've seen pictures of Kirilenko, Dementieva and Krasnoroutskaya all playing football, maybe they could give the other nations a match.

Peter - Although Wolves could do with her upfront after last night's loss to Chesterfield, I have no doubt Abramovich and his Russian mates would hijack the bid. They could do with a few players given their indifferent start to the season.
