Just curious about who knows about these Labs.

I just read in a non-political book (Winter Colours - great great book by the way) that a Doctor Schalk van Rensburg admitted to (I'm paraphrasing here) working on chemical weapons that would be untraceable that will kill based on the color of you skin (uh, meaning only kill black people ;) ), that they were working on lethal chemicals they could but into the clothes of an anti-aparthied leader and slowing poisoning Mandela with "thallium" so that he would lose his mind slowly over time.

They also looked into tainting African water supplies with cholera and distributing a vaccine to prevent fertility in the women and advised storing billions of rand worth of Ecstacy as some sort of chemical weapon.

I must have missed this confession back in the 90s, but...

...Holy Shit!!!

No wonder so many people don't think Africa's misfortunes (diseases mainly) aren't an accident of geography.

Anyone know more? (my book was written in the late 90s and is about rugby and this was just mentioned as an example of the many things that were tearing South African rugby/society apart at that moment in time).

Yes, scary.

But 'Roodeplaat Research Laboratories' alone is scary enough. Brings to mind nasty South African practises from the apartheid era :scared:

Like I mentioned in my first post, it makes you wonder about everything going on over there (and by reference anywhere else where there is some crazy disease outbreak). :scared:
