It's a characteristic it shares with basketball, football, soccer, beach volleyball, baseball, cricket, track, swimming, hockey, lacross and a few other sports.

Without drama, you might as well watch reruns of Jimmy Carter's State of the Union addresses!

Because they don't get to actually hit each other.

Heck, they don't even really get to curse each other out or talk much trash to each other...

...not shaking hands after a match is = a "head butt to the chest" in tennis. :haha:

I love the drama and the tension its what sets it apart and it makes it more human its great especially on the womens side for that reason.

You probably would find it much less dramatic if you didn't come here ;).

no problem for me

Sometimes it's dramatic but the real drama is volleyball. Womens Euro Champs 2005 semifinal between Poland and Russia which ended in 5 sets, 22-20 for Poland in the tiebreak almost gave me a heart-attack. The players later apologised for possible strokes they caused

Right now i wish it was more dramatic, this yr has been devoid of the kinda drama thatyou usually get in the WTA and its been mainly down to alot of injuries
