Good Luck Iveta, now win this match! :bounce:
As well she wins in the doubles with Novotnikova in the first round ag. Gavdunova/Kleisnerova 61 62, they'll play in the next round ag. (3)Biglmaier/Petrovic or Birnerova/Vajdova...

Iveta won her 2nd round match ag. Eva Kadlecova 61 62, Now Iveta will play in the QF against Patricia Veresova a WC player from Slovakia who beat the no.2 seed Wienerova..

Sep 2nd, 2006, 12:23 PM
Iveta plays the 10.000 tournament of Palic this week and she has reached the SF where she'll play Manja Mirkovic of Australia a qualifier...
Iveta reached the SF with wins over the 2nd seed Maria Penkova of Bulgaria in the 1st round 6-2 4-6 6-4, a bagelwin (6-0 6-0) in the 2nd round ag. Andjela Nemovic of Serbia, and a win in the quarters ag. the no.6 seed Karolina Jovanic of Serbia 6-4 4-6 6-3...
Really great play by Iveta so far!, hope Iveta can keep it up and get into the final :)
Iveta reached the final by beating Manja Mirkovic 6-4 4-6 6-3
But sadly lost the final after a loss ag. no.1 seed Dia Evtimova 0-6 4-6
Iveta as well reached the doubles final with her partner Maren Kassens, they were the no.1 seeds, but unfortunately they lost to the no.3 seeds Miljana Adanko and Anja Prislan 6-7 6-2 6-7
But after all Iveta had a wonderful week in Palic, and i think she'll go up the ranks a few places again, hope Iveta can continue her good form as of late in the extraliga next week when she plays with her club TK Spartak Jihlava!
Keep on going Iveta!! :bounce:

Dec 3rd, 2006, 02:43 PM
Thanks so much again for your info, if you have anymore you wanna tell just post...
It's pity indeed that she's studying and that she has no time to play the bigger events, but i always like that when a player studies ;), just hope she'll climb up the ranking a little,,,,
I heard you also held a interview with Iveta?, if you dont mind could you post, thanks...
So i assume you have her email, which is great offcourse, well maybe i wanna write her an fanmail someday if possible, but i am always quite precautious and careful with a players privacy....
Just curious but does she have a BF? ;)
Dec 3rd, 2006, 04:03 PM
I think she doesn't have a BF... I haven't spoke with her in quite some time... Maybe a month has passed. So who knows what happend in that time :D
I can't give you her mail. But If you wanna send something to hear (mail) you can send it to my adress firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be glad to pass it to her ;)

I wish had the time to update Iveta's thread more regular then right now, but i am afraid i can't due to the lack of time i've got...
Anyway i'll try my stinkin' best to keep Iveta's thread alive ;)
Jun 18th, 2007, 01:22 PM
Yesterday Iveta was playing against my club here in Leverkusen. She was looking good:drool: And I think she travels alone, she knows german and she likes peach ice tea... :)
She played singles against a strong Caroline Maes but lost 1-6 3-6 (didn't watch that match)
But I watched her doubles match. She played against Maes and a local player with a 12yearold talent from germany (Julia Kimmelmann). Iveta played on the forehand side and all I have to say is DAMN!
She hits the forehand pretty flat and fast and overpowered Maes at times!
They won in a tight match:)
Iveta is going to play Alkmaar now, right?
Jun 18th, 2007, 01:26 PM
Thanks for the report Davidmario :)
Think so yeah but i am not sure, been a long time that i've updated the thread
Will try my stinkin best to keep the thread alive....
Jun 18th, 2007, 10:38 PM

Jun 27th, 2007, 08:07 AM

Jun 27th, 2007, 11:07 PM
She ousted Julie Coin 26 63 64. Coin was the 8th seed.
Next is #3 Pelletier.
Jun 28th, 2007, 11:34 PM
 Ivetka :speakles: She is really playing some good tennis. Oh that forehand
In fire  Yeah, she is really on some serious fire :worship:
Just Do It
Aug 15th, 2008, 06:07 PM
I watched her @ Palic 50k this week. She is great, she won 3 matches in qualies, and then had to retire in MD :(
Mar 17th, 2009, 01:00 PM
Bump, time to bring the thread back alive, haven't got much time to update it frequently becuz of my new job and so on...
Therefore haven't followed much of Iveta's matches lately....
But i do what i can....
Mar 25th, 2009, 12:05 AM
Iveta is playing team tennis for my club. She hasn't been too impressive this year.
She won the matches she had to win but not more. Some close losses in doubles :-/
This week she is in Jersey!
Dec 4th, 2009, 01:14 AM
 Ivetka :speakles: She is really playing some good tennis. Oh that forehand
In Opole(25$ITF), i saw her first time on the court. Her forehand is in my TOP 10 :worship: I don't understand why she can fight only in 10$ ITF against so poor girls. But if she must play against someone better, she lost. For me, its unaccountable. Maybe, i could understand if she plays hopelessly, but she isn't. She has great forehand, not too bad BH and a little worse serve. In my opinion she has potential to be in TOP 200. Now, she is 367. Maybe next season will be better for her. I hope so.
