Yesterday I had buffet in a restaurant and I helped myself to some cheese. I like some of them, but I don't know their names. Can anyone help out?

Here are the descriptions:-

Soft, looks a bit blue-black, has some pepper (seeds?) inside
Round, covered in a red plastic thingy - quite soft, but otherwise quite tasteless.
Hard, yellowish in colour, taste like plastercine mixed with salt (and bad breath after consuming it). I think this is Edam cheese, but I'm not sure.
Soft and salty. Bright yellow in colour.

Well... in my country, they hardly had cheese, let alone seen cheese like that. So I guess the restaurant killed two birds with one stone... served cheese that was cheap but delicious, and no one knows it's real value

Are you trying to find out what they were so that you can avoid them in the future? They don't sound very appetizing.
