The draw has indeed opened up a little bit with Davenport dropping out which I am sure many WTA players are happy to see, especially at this slam seeing that she is one of the favorites to win it. With that said, I doubt it will be nearly enough for Ivanovic to win it this year. She is something like 14-9 this year and has never made it past the 3rd round at Wimbledon. I think she needs more time before she claims a slam.

coaching change or not , she is not dedicated and is in dreadful form right now physically and playing wise .

Yup, if she partners up with Fed in the mixed doubles, the title is hers. Could see her go reasonably far in the singles, though.
