Welcome to Birmingham, Great Britain! No place better than England to start the grass season. The DFS Classic always has a balanced draw with many strong PYW players. Only one can prevail this year and the tournament is sure to have a new winner and runner-up. Last year's winner, Evgenia Linetskaya, who came to Edgbaston fresh off a Roland Garros final, is struggling this year and disappeared from the Tour for the time being. Last year, she upset Maria Kirilenko of Russia in the final. Even though the youngster has been having a lot of success on the PYW Tour so far this year, she has chosen to withdraw from the tournament, leaving plenty of opportunity for fellow Russians and other players to battle for a Tier III title. Who will win? Vote now as the competition continues.
