Well, Sergio Tachinni, has a strong case. I mean until, anyone can actually prove for a fact, that those shoes caused Hingis to be injured, then they are right. Melanie, and whoever else is stating that those shoes hurt her feet are being slanderous, and are making a case for Sergio Tachini.

Melanie, and her management knew that Sergio Tachinni, is a CLOTHING company, before they signed the contract.

Bottom line: Hingis broke the contract, without providing 100% PROOF, that the shoes in fact are causing damage to her feet. As far as Sergio Tachinni, is concerned her injuries could be from playing too much tennis. All I am saying is that in a court of law, right now, Hingis has no case, but Sergio Tachinni does.

I think Heinz Buehlmann and a host of other specialists seems to think Martina does have a case. I believe it was Melanie and Heinz Buehlmann who have made those comments. Melanie might have used the word "may" or "might" but Heinz Buehlmann seemed to have stated categorically that "falsches Schuhwerk" or "faulty footwear" was the original catalyst for the ensuing injuries. I am sure you are right that Sergio Tacchini definitely has a case though but most likely they would just prefer that Molitor and Buehlmann stop making these comments as opposed to actually taking them to court. I definitely believe that this is terrible, terrible publicity for Tacchini now. I mean, would you now want to wear their tennis shoes? HELL NO!
