Why Amélie did lose to Francesca in Fed Cup ?

Amélie was leading and dominating Francesca Schiavone in their rubber in Fed Cup...Amélie even had a match point ! But she finally lost...Why ?

I spoke with a trainer of the French team, and it was because...she suddenly had her menstruations :o And when Amélie has her menstruations, she's very tired and because of the fact that she was surprised, she didnt manage to control herself and to continue to play very well...
