How to put a picture in a message

I can put a picture as an attachment but how do you put the picture itself in a message?

Not like this

only possible if the picture is somewhere online. Just put the address to the picture in the popup-box that appears when you push the IMG button.

right click on the picture, choose properties, and use the address you find there :)
