I am a pasta freak, but I need to stay fit, and with my genetic's regular pasta will kill me!! Literally.
So i like the health factor and that it's 80% less carbs than regular pastas, yet taste the same.
My brand is Ronzoni's Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Pasta's.

Is that the brown stuff? Yeah I've eaten that. It seems a bit tougher and chewier than normal pasta. It depends on the shape. Spaghetti is better made from normal pasta, but penne and those spirally ones can be nice in brown. My favourite type of all is the yellow and green paglia e fieno.

I eat regular pasta twice a day yet I have no such fitness problems at all :shrug:
