...running shoes...I spent most of the winter just lifting and doing light cardio with weights and just started getting back to my running...but for the last week or so...I cant even get a mile in...my shins hurts like all hell...Even when I do low impact and just walk at a high incline (which I hate)...my shin still hurts...I use to run track and whenever you start developing shin splints you have to change your shoes...I'm currently using Nike Shocks :tape: Can you recomend a good running shoe?

I don't know what kind of running you plan on doing but my husband (who's a long distance runner) always goes to sports stores that have treadmills so you can run on it with the pair you intend on buying. He says it gives you a general sense of how they'll feel and the store employee should give you feedback on how your feet look on the treadmill (how it's striking the ground, etc) Good luck! :)
