now just about all the teams have qualified for the football world cup,who will win it and why?

Russia were excellent in qualifying but I'd need to see them play some of the better teams. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Brazil were a joke but under a new coach in WC might become pretty good , then again we could see them getting knocked out in 1st phase <img src="eek.gif" border="0">

Portugal are always a very effective dark horse, in fact they're very good.

Don't you find it odd how the USA can qualify but Holland nor Scotland who are WAY better can't. And the FA's ranking system is shite, how can USA be anywhere near England, it just isn't right for them to be so high up.

And Trinidad & Tobago are ranked #31! lol

Well Uruguay just claimed the last place at the expense of Australia.

It's a shame Australia can't go though as winner of the Pan Pacific (?) Group, or whatever group they play in.

Uruguay (although I wanted them to go through) were the 5th place South American team, I think.

It'll be France or Argentina, just because they will always score goals, no matter who they play against.

I would like to see Spain finally make the breakthrough at a World Cup, because they have the players for it!
