Hey guys if you have time can you just write one sentence or several dot points about what you like and dislike about getting your news online as opposed to your traditional papers/tv. Actually here is the actual wording of thge question. Yeah, I cant be bothered chasing ppl around to get their responses - I need like 20 people so hope you guys can help me. Thanks.
Discussion: Talk to as many people as possible about how they feel about using the Net rather than traditional news and current affairs services. Try to pin down what it is they like or dislike about each. Post your findings in the forum. (by 29/3/06)

Immediate updates on breaking news
Stories often lack details online
There's a competition to be 1st online, so details may not be 100% accurate
Verified, trusted sources
Local news is easy/more available
Slower updates, 'old' news

I can pick and choose what stories I want to read and when
more diverse stories
better handling of breaking news
I see the same story repeated over and over on different sites
not always accurate
seems to be some stigma associated with getting news online
more local coverage
I like the feel of reading a book. magazine, or newspaper
you can only read the content they provide
breaking news doesn't always make the paper the next morning
