I don't think there is. Do you?:p
Is there a current player that's as well-respected by all as Venus and Seles?Kiswana Mar 17th, 2006, 06:12 PM I don't think there is. Do you?:p flyguydsl Mar 17th, 2006, 06:12 PM Lindsay Davenport RJWCapriati Mar 17th, 2006, 06:13 PM Davenport, Capriati meyerpl Mar 17th, 2006, 06:14 PM Clijsters. SelesFan70 Mar 17th, 2006, 06:15 PM Define "respected" :) drake3781 Mar 17th, 2006, 06:17 PM I don't think there is. Do you?:p Instead of answering, I wonder why would somebody flood the board with top postings about Venus? I see five so far, and how many more? And what is your motiviation? Kiswana Mar 17th, 2006, 06:17 PM Define "respected" :) Fans will rarely criticise them in a public forum. :) flyguydsl Mar 17th, 2006, 06:18 PM I suggest being more selective about what threads you start. Martian KC Mar 17th, 2006, 06:18 PM Uh okay................. drake3781 Mar 17th, 2006, 06:18 PM Define "respected" :) Now she added "and Seles" to the thread title. Kiswana Mar 17th, 2006, 06:18 PM Davenport, Capriati Lindsay I can agree with to an extent but she doesn't command the respect of Venus and Seles. :p Capriati? No comment. :bolt: Kiswana Mar 17th, 2006, 06:19 PM Now she added "and Seles" to the thread title. Seles was always there. :nerner: Kiswana Mar 17th, 2006, 06:19 PM Instead of answering, I wonder why would somebody flood the board with top postings about Venus? I see five so far, and how many more? And what is your motiviation? Do you ask everyone that question? :p drake3781 Mar 17th, 2006, 06:23 PM Do you ask everyone that question? :p First time in a year I've noticed somebody TOP-POST FIVE threads about the SAME player, and with very SIMILAR themes. In that case, YES I would. But like I said you are the first one I've seen do it, so I wonder WHY? In that case I'll take some extra time to continue answering your questions. In that case I'll take some extra time to continue answering your questions. Drake this is your first time seeing it. That's what you said! :p But what makes you think this hasn't happened before? People talk about their favourites all the time. :wavey: tennisboi Mar 17th, 2006, 06:39 PM Lindsay, Kim and Mary AsGoodAsNew Mar 17th, 2006, 06:39 PM I'm not convinced Seles is that respected anymore. Monica has allowed her name to fade away, unlike other players no longer on the Tour. I think the way she has handled her 'not retired but has retired' situation has been botched and her legacy will be forgotten - all because of the way she has handled her own career. PointBlank Mar 17th, 2006, 06:42 PM If you mean hardly talked bad about on this board, it is Seles. eck Mar 17th, 2006, 06:44 PM Fans will rarely criticise them in a public forum. :) Here's the problem. There's hardly any player that is 'rarely critised' in a forum.
