Which WTA player has the most annoying trait in Tennis?

IMO, here's some of the most annoying traits:

1. Taking too long in between in points.
2. Constantly looking at their support box.
3. Questioning a lot of line calls.
4. Taking injury timeouts during crucial stages of the match to disrupt the opponent's momentum.
5. Always making excuses when they lose a match.

For me it's a tie between Pierce's neurotic service preparation and Sharapova's screaming.

For me, definitely Zvonereva's temper tantrums on-court.

Never seen this frist hand? I have twice and it's really disturbing and sickening. Not talking about just a few tears at choice times, this is complete baby temper tantrums including with screaming, yelling out at her coach in the stands gesturing, red puffy crybaby face, very unsportsmanlike.

Has Vera ever spoken about why she sometimes breaks down or lets things affect her on court?

Those are my two as well. Sharapova's mouth when she screams makes me cringe. It's a carbon copy of her father's scream too. Creepy.

1. Taking too long in between in points. - Nadia Petrova *too looooooonnnnnggggg*
2. Constantly looking at their support box. - Maria Sharapova
3. Questioning a lot of line calls. Alexandra Rodionova
4. Taking injury timeouts during crucial stages of the match to disrupt the oppenent's momentum. Nadia Petrova - 2005 2nd round australian open against Soph! She took a fake injury time-out to disturb Soph Ferguson when she leads 5-4 serving for a set. But Soph was just too good to take a set!
5. Always making excuses when they lose a match. - Venus Williams - including those Bulgarians that she got beaten!

While I find Sharapova annoying, Zvonereva is so pathetic! She has to be the worst player to coach...sometimes it makes me sick to watch this professional tennis player just whine and moan all the time...yelling at her coach from the court...wow...so yeh, if you can't tell...it's Zvonereva. :)

She is only having a hard time controlling her emotions; all she wants to do is keep her game level at its best. She simply gets frustrated especially with her unforced errors. We should respect that everyone has their own style. ;)

Since when is being emotionally unstable a style?! :retard:

She is not unstable, just very emotional while playing due to the reasons I have just related above.

Once Vera takes her emotions under control, she plays superbly and we have seen many examples of it. No further explanation is needed here!

None of those things (except maybe the always looking for excuses when you lose thing) annoy me. I like it that all players have their own little habits and eccentricities that set them apart from the others. If not, we might just as well have tournaments for robots with a perfect behavior chip in their brains. Do what comes naturally I'd say.

Me too.

Since I'm not into promoting hatred ( :p ) I won't name the name of the player, but I am thinking of a certain tall blonde who's annoying habit is double-faulting away entire sets during matches unless, of course, she's playing Hingis. She also has an annoying habit of only playing one good match a week.

Mary Pierce takes way too long between points, It's not the seniors tour Mary!

But Justine's little era of taking injury time outs every time she was down and out, and momentum wasn't on her side was more like cheating than just plain annoying. Afew players called her out at the time, I think Lindsay and Kim and she doesn't seem to do it as much now. BUT at the time it was very annoying and unsportsmanlike.

In responce to Justeenium who bad repped me for that post "It is not rude. She is celebrating her wins on big points." Agreed it is not rude when she is celebrating WINNING big points and it's actually quite cute on those occasions, but it is really rude to do it on an unforced error (which she clearly does aswell).
