Hey :wavey:

First of all I'd like to thank CCC that brought the game here adn DeccyB123 that entered the game in MTF :)

I suggested it to DeccyB123 and he liked it :)
The idea is that instead of giving W\O to players that don't send their picks in the time - to create something like Lucky losers. In every round the 4-5 players that lost with the best score will also send their picks, if someone that won in the last round haven't send his picks in the time a Lucky Loser will replace him...

What do you think? :)

I think something like this was used for the Aussie Open, but if it wasnt then I think its a wonderful idea.

It was already put to practice at the AO event. The commitments were already full, when I signed up, but I was second alternate and did send in my picks. When two people failed to send theirs within the deadline, LUXXAS (first alternate) and me were allowed to play. It works fine for other tournaments too I think, so thanks for suggesting it, Nimrodg. :yeah:

Perhaps it could be used until the second round. After that (from 3R or QF) it would be a bit weird maybe to suddenly have a lucky loser come in again. Lucky loser could be the player that had the best score in the first round to not make it through.

About lucky losers after round 1 in case someone, who makes it through doesn't send their picks:
I think Martijn thought about that, but the problem for the AO was that like one loser had 41 picks right (me   ), but then like 7 had 40, so it was impossible to choose just one or two LL out of people, who had the same score, but it worked out fine as everybody, who went through sent their picks for later rounds as well.
So as good as the LL idea sounds it could be hard to implement it in certain scenarios, so we should just let it go maybe.
