In other words, which players are not bothered by one or two (or more) losses, and which are?
Venus and Serena and Monica can Bounce right back after a loss and not let it affect there next match.
Anna K looks like she needs to get a on streak to build her confidence.
In particular I was wondering about Mary... Does she need to win a few rounds to build her confidence up right now, or is it just a matter of getting back in form?

Hingis at the beginning of the year can bounce back after a loss, but I think she gets down on herself quickly and never lets them go.

I think with anna you are right if she can just string a few good results she maybe get it together and get her form back. She is not at the moment believing in her game and losing to juniors ranked outside the top100 wich is denting her confidence.
I don't agree with mary, she's beating all the people she should be at the moment however it's goona take her a while before she really starts competing with the top10. I mean she has just come back from injury to play berlin right?

Amelie Mauresmo: she's in big slump sinds Dubai!
Amelia Island - R2 - Lost to Anne Kremer
Charleston - R2 - Lost to Patty Schnyder
I think she needs to get some winning matches to regain her confidence

I agree ... Amelie is a very confidence based player...

Martina, it's not only the grass that she often has her worst results in wimbledon, I am convinced about that!

Obviously Anna needs to win a title to boost her confidence up.
And Martina needs to win a grand slam title to get back her confidence
