For 2006, I want to become a healthier person. No "five hour naps" after school and going to bed at 12 AM. No more cheesies, chips, coffee, coke, chocalate, and macaroni and cheese. I want to be free, healthy, and feeling good. I don't want life to pass me by!
Does anybody know of a website that has pre-prepared meal plans for a whole day including breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Does anybody think like me?

Well only yesterday I heard that a piece or two of chocolates a day was good for me...
Every year I say that but it is pretty hard....The advise I can give you is try to always choose the healthiest meal where your at....and try to fit in as much exercise as you can in your everyday routine.....and last advise is that always remember that health is not only physical....mental health is the most important.....if you over stress and you dont rest or entertain yourself you might fall into a depression that might leave you feeling like a tired weary person with so many different aches that have no obvious medical reason.....

i would really need to try. i think sport will be the answer to feel fitter, get some more muscles. :o
