Who can do this excercise?

Stand up with your feet next to eachother but not wider apart than your hip width. From this position you bend down like this animation :

The angle between your upper and lower legs has to be <90.

Most people who cannot execute this excercise will do like in the next two animations :

So are you able to do this excercise like in the first animation or not?

No   I do like the second animation :(

I guess the muscles in my legs are just too short

The third animation is like what happens when you sit on the toilet seat without putting the seat down :haha:

I can do it without any problem. Does it have something to do with the length of your muscles, like arn suggested?

Does this mean we can do other things associated with this position as well? :hehehe:

Why is that difficult to some people? How can you not do that?

I can do both.

Rugby "scrum dogs" should be able to do either even after they've gotten old and fat :o

I can... I think it's a matter of proportions and relative length of upper and lower leg and all that. I believe that contracting your abs while you squat may help you find a better balance :wavey:
