Interview with Player?

Guys, question. Do you think I could arrange to interview a player or two, for WTA World, at some tournaments I attend in 2006?

I could prepare some questions, with the help of the board, and conduct an interview for perhaps 20-30 minutes during a downtime. Just a low-key thing... not to stress the player at all, but to help with sharing their ideas and hopes with some real fans.

Do you think this could be arranged? How would I go about setting it up?

BTW, I'm thinking of lower-ranked players, not superstars!

It'd be hard, even if they are lowranked.

Ask someone who is ranked pretty low, especially those in the qualifying draw. It's helpful if you speak they're native tongue, or if not, they can speak English. Maybe offer them flowers or something, and you can tell that if while they're practising they're bitchy or friendly. As well, make sure it's good with their coach. I've made small talk before, shouldn't be too bad.
