I doubt she'll stay there.. this was a tiring week, geez. :p She sure wasn't expecting. Hell even -I- wasn't, and I tend to be very optimistic about her.

I will be suprised if she makes it past the quarters, seeing as she has yet to play this many singles matches in a row.

But it's not like she's been having long matches this week, specially the weekend. She may keep the momentum and take a second title! ;)

I would expect her to withdraw. She had a long week, and just reached #28.
She needs to get some rest, and play well in Moscow.

She's just 18; she should have plenty of energy after a good night's sleep. As 4th seed, she ought to get a first-round bye and probably wouldn't have to play until Wednesday, or even Thursday. I hope she will play, keep her momentum going, and win it. Seize the day, kid!

It's very very rare to see a player win their 1st title and then follow it up with another title the next week. Please someone tell me of any examples you know of. I'm sure there are a few but not alot.

Masha had a great week and showed she is has a good future ahead of her and I'm sure more titles will follow but I would be very suprised if after the celebrating, traveling and getting over the emotional jubilation that comes with winning your 1st title if she will be at all ready to get beyond the quarterfinals next week.
