start a new thread in the "Chat threads" section?

I was just wondering why I cant start a new thread in the "Chat threads" section.

I can start a thread in other sections of the forum, but in the Chat threads its not letting me. Do I have to have a new thread approved or something?

I am just trying to start a new thread - help! :wavey:

R&J, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

The hint is in the sub-forum description:
"For threads with 1,000+ posts"

So we move threads in non-tennis with more than 1,000 posts to that forum. You can't create your own threads there.
