Calm down Kkovafan, I don't think you should be quite so confident about Anna winning two titles in a row, we all would love to see it, but there's no point in becoming unrealistic about it. The main aim for these two tournaments is that Anna gets to play some matches, anything beyond that is a bonus in my eyes. She could win Warsaw, that is a possibility, but all I'm bothered about is she gets some matches :)

Good luck, Anna! I hope you do well in those tournaments!:wavey:

I agree with Martin. It's too early to talk about winning tournaments.

I will be happy *if* Anna plays well. I will be *delirious* if she wins either tournament. Martin is *absolutely* right in that we *shouldn't* get ahead of ourselves. Anna is *still* trying to find her form coming back from injury.

Anna won her first round match. Well, that's a start. I hope she can beat Pisnik in the next round.

Really happy after what happened today, Anna showed the fighting spirit that we all know she's capable of, and that apart from the fact she won, that's what pleased me the most.

The match against Pisnik will be difficult, she's a past champion here, so it'll be tough, but Anna can do it. As far as I'm concerned going into this tournament all I wanted was for Anna to get a win, anything after that is a bonus. Maybe that's too much negative thinking, but it's better not to be unrealistic in our expectations at the moment. Good luck against Pisnik and let's hope a quarter final awaits for you after it! :)

I think the fact that anna lost the a tie break first set and then went on to take the next two comfortably made the victory so much sweeter than if she had won in two straight sets.
It shows that she wants to be on the court hitting balls and for that I am very excited!
