I am predicting Alex realizes her 2002 indoor form and wins 60 60 :tape:

I hope Alex has used this time off wisely. I know one thing...she hasn't been getting in any matches at any US challengers... what a shame.

I hope Alex has used this time off wisely. I know one thing...she hasn't been playing in any US challengers...i think she thinks that she is to good for them.
:wavey:

And with good reason too. She lost in the first round of both challenger events she played this summer:rolleyes:

If Alex is going to get it together on any surface though, it will be indoors. Bondarenko doesn't have a huge weapon and Stevenson could just bash her way through that match potentially IF she's playing well.

I'm going to say 6-4 6-4 for Bondarenko, but I think Alex will put together some decent results by the end of the year. She damn well better. She's ranked #700 and those wild cards/injury protected rank events are drying up mighty fast.

She was actually starting to improve quite a bit when her shoulder acted up again in Los Angeles. It's a winnable match.

Oh yeah ? Which ITF challengers did Alex play in this summer ? I find no evidence of her playing.
Thanks

The reason for this might be that you are a dumb ass. Just a thought. :)

Both are in long-term slumps.

Alex has dug herself deeper. I'll go with her since she needs the win more!

I was at the match! ;)
Alex led 5-2 before collapsing. She called the trainer after the first set but I'm sure it was nothing serious

Stevenson doesn't lack consistency: she has NO consistency at all :tape:
She sprayed balls from everywhere especially on her FH side  . Some of her errors were just

Afterall she's ranked 700 :tape:

She was ok, maybe a few pounds to loose
Of course she was not moving that well, but even at her peak she was slow!

BTW she was wearing the horrible "bee" outfit :scared: and she now has a head racket

Still a very good serve but a risky second ball (lots of DFs)
