You've probably heard of Maria being in both of those games. I've been wondering though, if her grunts would be in the game. Will they? Do you think any of the players' grunts will be in any of the games? I reserved a copy of Virtua Tennis: World Tour for my PSP and I can't wait 'til it comes out. Maria Sharapova here I come! Lol...

I know! What's your ranking as the male and female. For me it's - male: 170, female: 173. Also, have you noticed that Venus' grunts on the game is similar to Maria's in real life?

It's not that bad, but my friend told me that Top Spin for PS2 is better.

I was considering getting TopSpin but I've just found out that TopSpin 2 on the XBox is coming soon and the roster is much larger. I might wait to see if its the same with the PS2.

Yeah Iím also going to get me Top Spin 2, of course for the better graphics better, but since the game won't be released for a while and I don't have the money to buy an Xbox 360 anyway lol

So I'm thinking about buying Top spin for the playstation instead, but I don't know, I already have top Spin for the Xbox, but it would be nice to play some tennis with Maria!

Ugh, Maria is one of the easiest players to beat on Topspin for the PS2.

I mean, they said her natural ability was her speed.

At least she looks good. :hearts:

That's a shame, I hope they will fix that for Top Spin II

I've been playing Topspin for PS2 for a while now and its just too easy! If you serve a wide kicker and come in it's almost impossible to lose the point. I can take any player on a tie-break. I'm doing the female career, i've played about 50 matches and lost 1 (before I figured out the serve and volley). Even more frustrating is the lack of accurate player attributes. Speed is not one of Maria's qualities and nor is her mastery of the forehand greater than the backhand. I've always liked playing tennis video games but I find them too easy to master to get any real lasting enjoyment. :(

I guess their making it easy to keep people on the couch instead of the real courts.

Maybe you're right; but I'll always love playing for real more than any video game. :)
