I Can't Rep PPL!! PLS HELP ADMIN

i have already read d posts in FAQ but i can't find an answer to my problem. :sad:

Q 1)ive tried many times, after i click d reputation icon then click "i approve", d little window changes to 'log in' window instead.
n i try re login inside that little window, but it says this once im login:
No Post specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster...

Q 2)i have d 'remember me' box checked, but each time i visit d pages after i closed d window or sometimes even still inside d forum i'll have to re-log in...(i have tried as others advice, deleting cookies n temp internet files, but no improvement)

ps:i hope to solve 'Q 1' about not being able to give others reputation problem. 'Q 2' isnt as important.

ive turn all security settings to d lowest...but still nothing changes.

but thz for d advices.

any WTAworld admin ppl can take alook at my account..coz ive try everything i could on my part, eg.with computer settings.
