They played a short snippet of 1 of his songs on the radio. I really liked the sound, but don't want to buy a whole CD for 1 or 2 songs. Anyone familiar with him?

I have and actually bought the cd. Very mellow and soulful and a little folksy and in part a little bluesy. Puts you somewhat in the mindset of Norah Jones, but not as jazzy. Really enjoy the cd, puts you in a very relaxed state of mind. I call it thinking music, not because you sit and think about his music but gets me relaxed and thinking about things in general. Well worth the buy.

I have the cd as well. He's kinda like the male Norah Jones, with more guitar instead of piano. He's got a nice voice, souful. The best song IMHO are the first 2-Keep it loose, keep it tight & Seen it all before. :)

Just pulled out his cd to listen to on the ride home for work. which helped calm me down having to sit in Atlanta traffic for over an hour. By the way where do you live, cause here in the ATL, I don't know of any station who would play his music, but heard him on AOL radio, which is great to find out about new artist.

I hEARD it on one of the local stations here in Durham-Raleigh, NC only because they have a segment on the morning show of new stuff by "little known" artists that one of the dj's likes but doesn't get played a lot. :)
