So much tennis crammed into 2 weeks, now nothing.... I can't wait until the US hard court season kicks off.

Yes, we all need break. Some of us are getting edgy.

I do need the down time. Afterall it is summer with lots of out door activities to cram in!!! I'm so glad the USO allows enough time to get my vacation in. I also watch other sports so I'm never bored.

Kind of. But I think mine is more an extension of the Lindsay lost Wimbledon blues.

Well considering I was away and I only saw the semifinal matches of Wimbledon while on vacation, I guess I don't have any post-slam blues since I barely got any tennis at all

Well, Bundesliga starts on August 5th.
And we have videos of the great 80ies and 90ies slam finals.
That's enough for me.
And Enna & Roger now and then perhaps ...

I'm actually ok :) still on a high after Venus' victory :bounce: I'm just looking forward now to Chanda's highly-anticipated return on the US hardcourts ;)

Someone with a winning record over Graf :)

Definitely not.
I only know Jo Durie and Patty Schnyder.
Graf never played a Schynder girl ....

LOL, I always feel a bit deflated after a Grand Slam....so much tennis to plan my life around.....thinking about it, it's too much like hard work if I had to organise watching tennis every single week

Wimbledon is always most exciting for me in the UK because of all the coverage on terestrial TV - plus it's interactive so can chose from 5 different matches. Us Open is my fave grandslam though, but me being with NTL we don't get interactive coverage on Sky Sports....only for Sky Digi viewers, so unfortunately if Tim's in I won't see a thing :grr: :(

But, looking forward to Bank of the West because Eurosport cover it - usually.....

um, I have to say no....Vee's win is still with me and makes me smile occassionally plus I'm enjoying not having to get up early to cut the tv on to watch tennis...:D

I think everyone in the 'About Hotel Rooms' thread is suffering from 'Grand Slam Withdrawal'. The symptoms seem to be dementia, lunacy, wackiness, etc.

Yes, I am very bored. If Fed Cup was being televised by ESPN I would be so excited but the fact that it isn't upsets me even more.
