Great month of june for Roberta. After her final in Eastbourne, she reached the 3rd round in Wimbledon, upsetting 23 seed/n25 Ai Sugiyama, falling to the belgian 15 seed/n14 Kim Klijters. She's up 6 places this week and from her past best ranking

Antonella Serra Zanetti:
She's having her best year in 2005 at the age of 24. She reached the 3rd round in Wimbledon upsetting the 10 seed/n11 Patty Schnyder, loosing to n43/former n4 Maggie Maleeva.

Alyona Bondarenko:
She reached the 3rd roun in Wimbledon upsetting french rising star Tatiana Golovin 18 seed/n20 in the 1rst round. She lost to another french player, Nathalie Dechy 16 seed/n18. She's up 13 spots in the ranking this week, and up 5 places from her former best ranking.

Aiko Nakamura
She made her debut in Wimbledon reaching the 2nd round, falling to the 9 seed/n10 Anastasya Myskina. She's up 11 places this week and 8 spots from her former best ranking.

Jamea Jakson:
One of the few american up coming talent made a real good run in Wimbledon. As a qualifier, she reached the 2nd round falling to 1 seed/n1 Countrywoman Lindsay Davenport. She break the top 100 for the 1rst time. She's up 21 spots this week and from her former best ranking.

Tszetana Pironkova:
Another teen who is rising quickly in the ranking. She reached the final round of the qualies in Wimbledon as 20 seed/n134 loosing to Julia Vakulenko former n68 in the world. She's up 10 places this week and 7 spots from her previous best ranking.

Sabine Klaschka:
Like Jamea, she reached the 2nd round in Wimbledon as a qualifier. She beat 2 seeded player in the Qualies: Edina Gallovits 17 seed/n131 and Selvrine Beltrame 9 seed/n117. Elena Dementieva 6 seed/n5 stopped her in the 2nd round of the main draw. She's up 36 places this week and from her former best ranking.

Viktoriya Kutusova
This teenage continues her run in the Top ranking, reaching the finaf round of the qualies in wimbledon defeating 22 seed/n134 Shikha Uberoi. She's up 18 spots this week and from her former best ranking.

Ryoko Fuda:
She's one of the up-coming new talent from Asia, 18 y.o. As 7 seed/n193 in Los Gatos 50 K$ challenger, she reached the QF loosing to the runner up of the tournement C.Gullikson. She's up 8 places this week and from her former best ranking.

Seiko Okamoto:
She breaks the top 200 for the 1rst time at the age of 27. She reached the final round in wimbledon qualies, upsetting the 4 seed/n106 before loosing to the veteran Els Callens. She's up 23 spots this week and from her former best ranking.

Kathrin Woerle:
She reached the 2nd round of the Wimbledon qualies, upsetting 8 seed/n112 french Camille Pin, before loosing to Jana Kandarr n799/former n43.
She's up 8 places from her former best ranking.

Katerina Bondarenko:
Alyona's little sister in breaking the top 200 for the 1rst time this week!as a qualifier, she reached the 1rst round of the main draw in Wimbledon, defeating 18 seed/n132 Emma Laine, falling in the main draw to Conchita Martinez. She's up 37 places this week and from her former best ranking.
