I don't know anything about this poster; we've never interacted. But he or she (I think it's a she, yes?) has a sarcastic manner that I like. Let's see if she (or he) will reveal anything under question.

Yes, I'm a huge fan of Willow as well. Hi Willow! :wavey:

The one big reason why I am is that Volcana once said that he wished willow was run over by a bus! That's got to count for something.

What did you do to piss off Volcana, willow? Don't worry I can't stand him, mostly either. ;)

He misinterpreted one of eminently misinterpretable posts and thought I was comparing him to a Palestinian suicide bomber. It was a teensy bit inappropriate. :)

He has since then told me I'm his second favourite poster, after I posted a load of bollocks about quantum conciousness.

I got a PM (not from a mod, for the record) after seeing my post in the Thor thread, saying that I must have thought atheism too hard for me, that that's why I've converted to the Thor religion. Scary part was that he was being perfectly serious!

Not sure, because I'm not sure what I think of Leena. She certainly appears to have fibbed about certain things...I prefer to simply avoid the question if I don't want people knowing things about me. I do think Leena's racism is more pisstake than serious, though, which is why I laughed at the post that got her banned from mtf...for which I got banned myself (apparently).

Of course I like tennis. :) But, I don't consider myself much of an expert on it. In amongst all the crap in GM there are a few people who are, or are fairly knowledgeable...I come here mainly to read, because I'm interested in what they have to say. I usually only get involved if I'm fairly confident someone is really talking shit...which I suppose makes it appear I'm only interested in shitstirring, to some people.

Apart from that, I don't really know what you mean by trolling. :)

Martian Willow

Fear of being found out, as not really that intelligent after all. And laziness, of course. It's easier to be sarcastic and take cheap shots than explain my points properly, even if it does get me in to trouble when people misunderstand stuff.

And there are enough genuinely stupid people around here to play with, I don't need to try that hard to amuse myself. :p

That's enough for now. :)

What sort of books do you read?

Has Leena peculated your account too? :o :p

I love cats. :D We always had at least two when I was growing up. I think we had five at one point. Then when I used to live with another girl we had two, but I moved out and can't have one where I am now. I like moggies, proper working class cats that go out for days and come back with half dead mice or birds and scratches and fleas. Usually we adopt them as adults so we never know how old they are.

I haven't read any books for ages. I'm being very lazy this year. I haven't done anything. My faves are Penelope Fitzgerald, EM Forster and Milan Kundera, although he gets a bit repetitive after a while.

Movies: Russ Meyer. :p

I only know a little about science and philosophy. My parents were left leaning atheists, but I always had the feeling people like that are basically saying 'the church says contraception (for instance) is wrong, I don't think contraception is wrong, so the church is wrong, so there is no god'. It's not a very logical position. :) And it's fun to bring the quantum conciousness/subjective reduction stuff into discussions about god, because they're usually so repetitive and peoples positions are so fixed, it brings a new angle, and makes me look clever. It's very much on the fringes of modern physics, though, I haven't read anything conclusive about subjective reduction yet.

Mariangelina, but she seems to have disappeared. Possibly that's why.
