That's a poster by the Paris-based Polish tourist office who shows a handsome Polish plumber who invites French to visit Poland (it says: "I remain in Poland: come, and be noumerous!"). That's an ironical answer to those French people who called for "NO" vote to European costitution in order to limitate the arrival of labour from East Europe countries and who gave Polish plumbers as example.
