Not. It is a friendly event which aim is to practice on grass courts.

Btw, do they play it on the stadium or outside courts? and do they have line judges + umpires or make their own calls?

yes they have umpires dunno bout linesman i presume so

most matches are played court 1 and smaller courts
i think final will be on centre but not certain

:o why a walkover?

I saw most of the first set in the Kremer/Pratt semi-final yesterday. The tie-break was I think the longest one I've ever seen live, with Pratt taking it 16-14 I think -or even 17-15! It was torture to even watch, in the blazing heat. (I try not to make disparaging remarks about any player's appearance but I can't help this: Nicole Pratt is the most masculine-looking player I've ever seen in 30 years of following the game...)
