She beat Groenfeld 6-4 6-3. Good win for Foretz. I was shocked to see that she hit 6 aces!
-What is Stephanies gamestyle? does she posses a big serve?
good movement?

appreciate any explanations!

Merci!

She's really talented in hitting double faults :o

I honestly only know her from two matches. The time she beat Seles. And the Aussie Open 1R this year! :o

I like Stephanie and ive seen her both at RG and Open Gaz. she doesnt really have any big weapons but she grinds her way through points. Frankly nothing super-impressive going on there but i think she can improve her rank if she keeps at it. Jolly Roger Said she kinda sucks at tennis one time, so if you think hes knowledgeable, then she kinda sucks.

I saw her beat Seles on clay at Hilton head once. She's done abosulutely nothing since then. But that day she seemed to have a good solid game, she seems a lovely person too :)

I saw her play in person like 4-5 years ago. I don't recall at all a big serve. She's not a big girl.

She's not a big girl. She is a very pretty girl. When she retires I'm sure someone from Eurosport will pick her up to commentate for tennis. She has a good forehand and will go for shots on it a lot of times though they're not very high percentage. She moves ok. She plays well against players ranked higher than her but has issues playing with people around her ranking which is why she has stayed ranked around 90 for the last 3-4 years. She has the potential to be a top 50 player if she can just get over that mental wall she has against players she should beat.

Charleston 2002 ;)

Stephanie is a pretty decent player, the times I have seen her she seemed to have a solid game, but she obviously hasn't been able to stay consistent enough to keep progressing further in the rankings as of yet. I don't think she has a huge weapon, but she's by no means a defensive player or someone who just floats the ball in. If she can clean up her game a bit better, I think she has the ability to move her ranking back up to around the 60ish mark again.

I saw her playing at the USO 03 against Alexandra Stewart and I couldn't believe how hard she hits the ball.Stewart is also a hard hitter so they slugged it out through the match. Foretz won. It is obvious that she is one of those head cases that are abundant in tennis
