It's not quite as long but Kvetaslava Hrdlickova is every bit as hard to pronounce. Fortunately she shortened her first name to Kveta and took a married name of Peschke.

i always thank god for the easy russian names.
kuznetsova, dementieva, myskina - ther are all so easy to pronounce for us easterns.
but the younger russians are quite imposible.
