I just watched some clips from the RG Final '02

It was so depressing. Every shot was amazing. I wish I could go back to the days when the sisters could get to the final with ease... :sad:

You must be jocking, it was the worse of the william's finals by far, the aus open 03 was a lot better. It was so obvious that clay it isn't their best surface, Venus did a ridiculous number of winners, and yes both fight a lot but it was a bad final.
Some people said that Capriati-Clisters was a great final but that's wrong, Capriati-Clisters was a very emotional final but with a lot more mistakes than winners.
If you want to see a great Roland Garros final you must to see some of the Graf-Seles or Graf-ASV finals or Hingis-Graf, that were great finals

It was their worst Slam final, by far- maybe the '01 UO was worse, but still. I think they combined to hit 90 unforced errors or something.

Sorry but it was painful to watch that match.

I said I saw SOME clips, not very many. But the clips I saw were spectacular.
